Nothing missing, plus 4 extra glass rods included. Instructions are decent but hanging guidance is just a diagram, so some wiring/hanging experience helps. Bulbs not included — we grabbed a 12-pack of dimmable amber E12 candelabra bulbs, and you’ll want a decent dimmer too. Photos at full power and dimmed.

Installed a few days ago and so far so good. Took a bit over an hour but wasn’t hard. Grabbed it on an Amazon deal — great value. We’re running it without a dimmer and it’s fine for us.

This light fixture is unique and stunning! It looks gorgeous in my entry and really lights the area up! It’s very bright, which I like because the area is otherwise pretty dark, but I also put dimmable bulbs in it for when I want a softer ambiance. Be sure to look at measurements carefully to ensure the size you order fits your space and ceiling height. I thought the smaller might not have the dramatic effect I wanted so I ordered up, and the medium is just borderline to being a bit too large for my space, but WOW!
